I worked part-time at Michael Kors from November 2020 to May 2021 in sales. Working here has been a lot of fun, but it has also helped me improve on skills like interpersonal relationships and effective verbal communication. I'm thrilled to have had this sales experience and took away a lot from my time here.

Sales Associate

- Assist customers in purchasing luxury clothing and handbags by utilizing sales technique, unique for each customer

- Upsell to increase my personal Units Per Transaction (UPT) after determining what the customer is shopping for

- Compete with coworkers to achieve the highest Average Dollar Sale (ADS) per transaction in the store for the month
