Ah yes, the rumors are true. I played a D1 sport back in my day. My sport of choice? Rugby. What started out as a way to manage an angsty high schooler turned into a life changing experience. I didn't know it at the time, but receiving a scholarship to play D1 Rugby at Sacred Heart University would turn out to be the best thing that ever happened to me. It was through the student-athlete experience that I learned how to cope with mental illness and develop so many skills that translated off the field. 

Since graduation, I have been really fortunate to experience big and small (marketing) agency life, learning a lot about both project management and account management. I've learned how to adapt quickly and learn at an accelerated rate to progress at every agency I've worked at. I recognize that my exposure to marketing jobs is pretty limited to date, which is why I'm interested in expanding my skillset and trying something new.
